Hello! My name is Milan. I have been a dedicated member of Spotlight Repertory NW since 2021, where I have enjoyed teaching summer camps for the past few years. Prior to teaching, I immersed myself in the Spotlight community for over a decade, participating in various events including talent shows, improv classes, vocal lessons, and numerous full-scale productions. My commitment to the arts has earned me several lead roles, including The Beast in Eastlake’s acclaimed production of "Beauty and the Beast," Gomez in RATA’s rendition of The "Addams Family," and most recently, Nigel Bottom in Eastlake’s production of "Something Rotten." In addition to my stage roles, I have competed in prestigious competitions such as the Schmidt Vocal Competition and achieved recognition as a finalist at the International Thespian Festival. I am excited to return to Spotlight for another inspiring summer, continuing to share my passion and experience with the next generation of performers.

I have also been taking voice lessons with Ms. Frances Hoffman since 2018. At Eastlake High School, I have been actively involved in productions such as “Something Rotten” and the upcoming “Hunchback of Notre Dame” and I was a finalist at the International Thespian Festival. My performance experience includes involvement in Skyline High School’s productions of NewsiesChicago, and The Addams Family as dance captain for three consecutive years, along with dancing as the Moon in Addams and playing Essie in You Can’t Take It With You. Previously, I was on competitive dance team for eight years and taught dance camps since 2019. I have also been taking voice lessons from Frances Hoffman for the last year, as well as training in Village Theatre’s Institute Program and their upcoming Summer Performance Intensive. My name is Sydney, I am a singer, dancer and actor specializing in musical theatre! I have been teaching dance since I was 16 years old and dancing since I was 2. Last year was my first year teaching at Spotlight and it was a blast! Frances’s leadership and the instructors expertise made it a wonderful experience for new and experienced performers alike. My senior year of high school I was a part of our production of Chicago where I played the wonderful ‘Mama Morton’. Along with that, I helped lead our schools state award winning dance team as a first lieutenant. Recently, I have been a part of Spotlight’s jazz group, SSJE which was incredibly fulfilling. I am looking forward to another fun camp!
